Admins within TheNorthCop should be focused on member well being and finding opportunities for TheNorthCop to succeed and branch off into other directions. Your contribution to the group is highly valued and can be seen in many of the projects we take on.

An Admin within TheNorthCop should encompass all "lower" roles within the group. You should be ready to take on whatever comes your way.

Support Handling - Tickets & Questions

• Admins objective is to ensure members feel comfortable within the group at all times. If you notice a ticket that hasnt gone answered please hop in and get the job done.

Activity

• As a Admin in TheNorthCop it is expected that you are among the most active staff in the group, engaging with members, answering questions and looking for further opportunities for the group. Tickets & questions should be the highest of priority on your list to-do.

Admin Payouts & Compensation

• Base Pay: $150/ m.

• Bonus Pay: Dependent on performance during the month
