Dedicated 1 on 1 Support

Your Duties

Your job while taking on a dedicated 1 on 1 session is to provide as much value to the members as possible. Remember they are booking you for support and success, and will look to have any and all their questions answered during their session. We understand that there are things that are "IYKYK" in this industry, however this IKYKY behavior / gatekeeping is strictly not tolerated for sessions. These members are looking towards you for success, and you should respect their time and money on these sessions.

• Promote positivity and helpfulness

• Provide members goals to follow

Session Structure

• Upon booking a session members are asked what topics they would like to cover. You will be given this information in the booking email sent to you. The topics / information the member is requesting should be researched & prepared for their session.

• Once the session has begun, start by asking them what they need help on from their topics in the booking. If applicable have them share their screen with you so they can show you what issues they are having with their bots.

• Make sure to provide them answers in detail and allow them to converse with you for any further questions on those topics.

• Remember to remain patient, calm and collected while having your session as your impression rubs off on the group and their willingness to book again with you in the future.

• It is recommended to give them "Future Tips" or "Homework" for them to complete so they can become better at whatever topics they are requesting. One may tell them to continually adjust setups, find new proxies, or try something new on the next drop. Providing the members with continual progress will only make them want to book with you again in the future.

• Once the session is over, they will be emailed with a session feedback form they can fill. Make sure you mention this in your session so that they know to do this!

Session Compensation

• Sessions will initially be priced at $20 for 30 minutes, or $40 for an hour.

• It is your responsibility to collect payments from members. If an issue arises please notify Chief ASAP.
