Mentoring Sessions

Mentoring sessions within TheNorthCop is a great way to provide members with access to immediate information, guides, resources, live tutorials and more. These sessions should be carried out weekly, bi weekly or on release to release basis.

Expectations

• As a mentor for these sessions, it is important that you come prepared with resources, guides and information to share to the members.

Hosting

• Mentors will lead the conversation and direction of these sessions by speaking on the pre selected topics. You should strive to provide live examples of bot setups, manual guides, and scenarios such as live cops.

• Questions should be encouraged and answered swiftly with in-depth information.

Mentoring Compensation

• Base: $50 / session (1 hr length)

• $50 for extra hours.

• $25 for filling in for mentor
