All Staff / Roles

It is important that as a staff member within TheNorthCop you hold yourself to a high standard of professionalism & workplace etiquette. You should strive to be a role model for members of TheNorthCop to follow & respect. Group rules directly apply to all roles in TheNorthCop regardless of position.

Member Support & Interaction

  • As a staff member in TheNorthCop you should remain patient, respectful and delicate. Expect members to see you as an authority figure within TheNorthCop and expect members to reach out for support via Tickets or Direct Messages. Make sure to help these members as if they were you, and how you would want your questions to be answered. If you don't know an answer to a question or DM, direct them to the #create-ticket channel where they can open a ticket to speak with any other staff member available.

Member & Community Encouragement

  • TheNorthCop has members from all parts of the sneaker community. TheNorthCop advertises mainly on twitter, but has been increasing presence on twitter & other platforms. Members may come into the group, completely new with no prior knowledge. It is important that as a staff member you encourage these members to seek support, answers to questions, and engagement within the community. We want all members to know that we're here to help them regardless, with no judgement.

Staff Confidence & Beliefs

  • As a staff member in TheNorthCop, you've likely been within the group & seen its progression over time. It is important that you know that we're here for you, through everything & to ensure you feel well respected within our community. It is important you feel confident in your role, be sure to ask questions, seek other staff opinions and make decisions with confidence and the outcome in mind.

Staff Upkeeping & Activity

  • As a staff member within TheNorthCop it is your responsibility to stay updated, informed and to part take in staff discussions over topics and development within the group. In order to up keep support within the group it is essential you have notifications on for key areas of the group such as q-and-a, tickets, hype filtered & potentially chats.

Innovation & Features

  • Staff within TheNorthCop should regularly openly suggest changes, innovation, partnerships, group buys and more. We are purely based off of innovation, so continuing that on is a large goal of the group & should be a large focus of your position.

Staff Only Slots

  • Staff are able to provide slots to the group on a release by release basis. Some slots for big releases may go into a 1 staff form where you will be split up your batch of the slots. Please vote & participate in slots when possible as this is a great way to earn extra profits.
