• Release Pingers should have notifications on for important channels within the group such as #bot-protection, #hype-filtered, #shopify-ca-filtered and #footsites-notifications.

• At all times during your activity within the group staff with the release pinging role should be on the look out for products restocking, checkpoints and drops. It is important to alert the group using @here or @everyone to guide them to the necessary resources or channels where it is happening.

• Group success is dependent on these pings, ensuring that they are timely and informative is important. Make sure to provide any additional information along with your ping if necessary
